We’d create a routine that incorporates time for self-care, exercise and nutrition while balancing work, motherhood or any of life’s other demands. This would include breaking down your weekly schedule on a day-to-day basis to find specific times for workouts and meal planning.

  • Healthy Sleep Habits: We'd explore your current sleep patterns and discuss strategies for improving sleep quality, such as establishing a health conscious bedtime routine, creating a restful environment, and addressing any sleep disruptions so that you wake up feeling refreshed and ready to take on the day.

  • Ongoing Support: Weekly on going support and check-ins via e-mail or text to monitor progress, address challenges, and adjust strategies as needed

  • Stress Management: I'd guide you through stress management techniques, like mindfulness, deep breathing exercises, or other relaxation methods. We would also identify potential stressors and develop healthy coping strategies by fostering resilience and mental strength.
